He has executive responsibility for a range of functions including US Research, Innovation, Internal Operations (Field, Programming, Eye-Tracking, etc.), HR, Finance, IT, and the in-house Graphics Studio. Tim also directly manages a handful of clients.

Tim spent most of his career at BASES, conducting hundreds of forecasts for new products. He served in various leadership capacities, including head of BASES European business (a 4 year expat assignment in Belgium), and ultimately Global President for BASES. He also led the Nielsen global relationship with Colgate-Palmolive for several years before joining PRS IN VIVO in 2012.
