This new book on management has been validated with human resources managers and corporate executives to be effective. It gives the reader a manual to accompany the internal transformations with background behavioral sciences and their latest advances that apply to Nudge.
In the first part of the book, Singler provides a summary of what Nudge is and what the Nudge approach is. From there, it draws lessons from behavioral science to define what the major challenges of work performance are (decision-making, self-efficacy, etc.).
In the second part of the book, the author explains how we create a psychological and physical environment that generates overall performance and allows us to work in teams efficiently and transversally.
