How to Create Competitive Advantage using Voice-Commerce, Behavioural Economics & Data

On Wednesday 6th March 2019, we’re hosting a free breakfast briefing in central Leeds. The event will include three presentations:

  1. Voice-commerce. Depending on who you listen to, Voice-commerce is the next big thing to revolutionise shopping or a fading dream. Others still think it’s the future, just not yet. Susie Spencer, our Director of UX Services and former Senior Manager, UX at Walmart looks at the adoption of Voice to date and where it’s heading.
  2. Behavioural economics. Andy Rushforth, Managing Director, UK of PRS IN VIVO presents international perspectives and case studies on how behavioural science can be applied to facilitate digital shopping and ‘nudge’ higher conversion.
  3. In pursuit of the trivial. In a world becoming obsessed with big data it is often the little things that count as well as going against the accepted norms. CRM & Data Consultant Gianfranco Cuzziol explains how only by combining the trillions and trillions of bytes of data with an understanding of human behaviour, can we influence or tap into this behaviour and, as a result, deliver the outcomes we desire.

The event starts at 8:00am and includes Q&A and an opportunity to chat with other delegates and the speakers. We expect to bring the event to a close at 10:45am.
